#6 - Garry Winogrand

Garry Winogrand, was a street photographer from the Bronx, New York, known for his portrayal of American life, and its social issues. He got a lot of awards in his lifetime. He worked as a freelance photojournalist and advertising photographer, and taught photography in his old age.

“Photographers mistake the emotion they feel while taking the photo

What we can learn on Garry Winogrand is that 1. he shot a lot, really a lot.at the time of his unfortunate early-death (at age 56) he left behind 2,500 rolls of undeveloped film, 6,500 rolls of developed but not proofed exposures (not made into contact sheets), and contact sheets made from about 3,000 rolls
Winogrand shot at a pace in which he couldn’t even see his own photos (because he was always out on the streets, shooting).
In total of the research, they can be certain that he shot at least 5,850,000 photos in his lifetime

#5 - Justin Bettman

Another extraordinary guy found!
This is the fifth one, and it is about this photographer a.k.a Advertising Art Director from New York City, Justin Bettman.

Firstly, although it is not purely about photography that it actually an art project. As photography is also an art that lots of creativity needed, I'd like to share his currently on going project : #SetintheStreet

The project is quietly began on the streets of NYC last summer, fully furnished rooms are set up, after enacting a quick photo shoot and everything is left behind for the New Yorkers to enjoy, whether they took pictures of their own or carted the furniture back to their own apartments.

Justin Bettman takes photo of human. I love his photos as they are more than a photo.

His photos might commonly be seen on tumblr,instagram or any photoblog that other people doing as well, but

He shots with an idea, he shots with creativity.

It is important to have a soul in a photo.

#4 - Andrew Whyte

For the 4th photographer, i would like to talk about the NewZealand based photographer, Andrew Whyte , as well as painter, video maker, for many years.

He had so many exhibitions, so many artworks , but here i would like to share about his Long Exposure Photography which I find unique on him.

For Andrew, Photography is all about light , so shooting long exposures at night is one of the art's most challenging & rewarding styles.

He create original photographs using cutting edge equipment, innovative techniques & tools and the oldest resource of all: time.

I did not really admire night view / night city as much i hate when sky turns dark.

but,i really love stars. I love the the night sky when it is filled with stars, not only pure dark.

I like Andrew's photos that they are like opened up the beauty in the dark, presenting the other part of the night sky.

He did great landscape and light painting , and he is also the guy behind Legography, a daily over-the-shoulder look at life as a camera-toting minifigure. As an exploration of technical possibility, the series is shot, processed & shared exclusively from his smartphone.
